ASAP, Inc. reserves the right to change prices and terms without notice. Published sell prices and terms if in error will be updated prior to billing for an order. The customer will be notified of the correction with the option of continuing or canceling the order. ASAP, Inc. apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause the purchaser but accepts no liability.

All orders are FOB ship point freight prepaid and added to the invoice

Sales tax will be applied for all purchases made from or shipped to the state of Pennsylvania unless proper sales tax exemption documentation is provided.
